READ TOGETHER. GROW TOGETHER.

COACHING BOOK CLUB

The Coaching Book Club is a small, reflective online space for coaches who want to grow together, deepen their coaching thinking, and bring new ideas into their coaching practice.

The purpose of the club is not only to read and discuss coaching-related books, but to explore how the ideas connect with our own experience, our clients, and the way we practise as coaches.

WHO IT IS FOR

The Coaching Book Club was created for coaches, coach trainees, and coaching-minded professionals who enjoy reading, reflection, meaningful conversations, and professional growth.

The group is intentionally small, with up to 10 members, so discussions can stay personal, focused, and reflective.

We meet online via Zoom and each meeting runs for 60–75 minutes, depending on the number of participants. Please see the meeting plan below.

ABOUT

Members of the Coaching Book Club are invited to suggest one coaching-related book for upcoming meetings. The final book is chosen either by lottery or group agreement.

Before each meeting, members read the selected book — or as much as they can — and come prepared to share reflections, insights, questions, and ideas for practice.

During the meeting, we explore:

  • key insights from the book

  • what resonated with us

  • what challenged our thinking

  • how the ideas apply to coaching practice

  • what we may want to experiment with in our own coaching

The Coaching Book Club is not a formal training or teaching space. It is a shared learning circle where coaches can reflect, exchange perspectives, and support one another’s professional growth.

The heart of the Coaching Book Club is simple:

To read. To reflect. To grow together. And to translate learning into practice.
